Bouteflika 

He's been Algeria's president for the last 20 years, has disappeared a couple of years ago due to a stroke, the algerian people haven't heard of him ( at least directly) since. Apparently he'll be retiring before 4/28/2019, yet the majority thinks he's already dead.

Though some say that Boutef is immortal, indeed, older than the earth itself, he'll keep on roaming forever in the universe, keeping a caring eye on his long lost love, sellal

On a serious note,let us hope boutef can get the rest he should've had a long time ago, and that the ''government'' stops milking profits from his status

When an Algerian president is clearly too sick to show up in public, but every talking head on TV suddenly becomes a medical expert insisting he’s the picture of health and leadership. Basically, a synchronized national boot-licking exercise to keep their cushy jobs.
