bosstracize

to subtly exclude (an individual) from friendly group activities due to their being in a position of power or importance, often done by members of a team who have so much respect for their leader that they choose to keep their distance

Person A: See that guy sitting alone over there?
Person B: Yeah?
Person A: That's Kevin. He seems like a nice guy and all, but he's just way too good for the rest of us.
Person B: I don't know, man. You guys never bother to include him. It looks to me like he's being bosstracized.
