When one shames a woman for having large breasts and wears tight/revealing clothing to accentuate the large breasts. Usually done by the children or parents of large breasted women.

That boy was "boob-shaming" his mom for wearing that low cut top.

When one shames a woman for having large breasts. (Regardless of what she wears)

"What a rack! Show some more"
"Cover up you look like a whore!"
She didn't understand why they were boob-shaming her.
