being physically exercised by a ssgt to the point of death. usually in boots and utes and when survived resulting in extreme pain and discomfort. pain is usually long enough to ruin your weekend.

oh man, i got bonksercised today at the gym.

The act of exercising your boner, usually for the sake of pleasure, and often performed at regular intervals.

I was almost late for work, but fortunately I finished my morning bonercise in time to catch the train.
