Blyfewood is a small town due north of
Columbia, South Carolina. It is notable as being the former Headquarters of the South Carolina DMV, and is still at present the Headquarters location for the command staff members of the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Inside the HQ building (known amongst the rank and file as "The
Glass Palace,"
top members of SCHP command staff
perfect their wizardry in the art of smoke and mirrors, gawking at themselves in the mirror, creating microsoft excel spreadsheets to
track things that do need to be tracked, create endless meetings amongst themselves and their subordinates in an attempt to appear / remain relevant, plot their next (4) hour lunch destination, and generally, further plan out their next attempt at further destroying what was once the finest, most revered, and respected Law Enforcement Agency in the state of South Carolina. In Blyfewood, Micro management is the way, and promoting the problem is a
standard operating procedure.
"I ain' kno' why da troopaz think we so outta touch up heya in Blyfewood, dey ack like we ain kno how to be cops no mo, and aint got nuffin to do butz try to

meet with OPR, I am dreading it."
"What did you do wrong now?"
"They reviewed a video of me and saw where that I wasn't wearing my shoulder
mic at 3AM while on a call, so I am under investigation."
"That's the most Blyfewood shit I ever heard...
don't forget to bring
lube."
"Blyfewood: Rules for thee, not for me."
