Blurbly

1. To be so trashed and wasted, that the only thing that you can say when someone asks you about how you feel.

2. To see things in a blurry haze while on ecstasy and you cannot really pernounce words correctly.

"Hey man, how are you feeling?....Everythings all blurbly!"
