Little blue pills with an m on one side and a number 30 on the other that are mostly made up of Fentanyl and other substances users usually just smoke them on foil but they can be taken orally usually resulting in an overdose because people don't know how strong these things are and will mix alcohol and other shit with them. It is 2022 and blues are currently the number one drug of choice for drug users on the street. It has passed up heroin which I would say was the top dog.
