The BLT is usually a deli sandwich, however it can be used as a metaphor for a good fuck. Consequently BLT is also an acronym: Big Long Thick (shlong)
When your roommate is in the room but and you want them to leave so you can fuck someone: "Hey Alexa, me and George are gona grab some BLTs for lunch"
