The result of an organization espousing diversity in hiring or enrollment, but in actuality, the only diversity they seek is pigmentation and sexual orientation/identity. Diversity in opinion, political affiliation or world view is actively discouraged, resulting in a very bland, homogeneous intellectual environment.
That university claims to be committed to diversity when recruiting new students. However, they're only interested in various skin colors and sexual orientations. They have no tolerance for any political orientation that's not wholly liberal.
That's not diversity, that's blahversity.
