In Croatian slang a word for uneployed, usually fat and mature person.

He's a real bilmez, he is 35 and he doesn't have a job yet.

Commonly used in place of omg.

Bilmey 

bli·mey - an exclamation (British) used informally. eg.- uttered when comparing the attacking abilities of Liverpool football club to their defensive inabilities. Used by Jim McPhee continuously during the recent Liverpool vs Swansea football match - which finished 4-3 to Liverpool

The word Bilmey relates to watching Liverpool FC soccer games - where covering one's eyes with one's hands is very similar to asking to be blinded by a higher power!
it's more of an exclamation than a sentence word. Very similar to "wow" and the Australian "strewth". It's almost a verbal shrug. Very often used in combination with a head shake.
