Words you can keep

Billionaireitus

A thoroughly debilitating disease that causes a few with massive wealth to think that means their opinions are worth billions of times what anyone else's are. Often paired with libertarianism, e.g. Elon Musk. Tends to bleed over into every area of their lives, and puts them into some sort of delusion that they are God-Kings.

Unlike actual God-Kings, they don't command nations vast armies or empires, just have voices in society that are as loud as their bank accounts and / or investment portfolios are substantial. Often can be spotted in petty rivalries on Twitter and other social media platforms, expecting the world to fawn over their perceived slights.

Often can't let any valid criticisms of their policies/actions/behaviors/statements stand without petty threats being issued, snarky misdirecting retorts, and generally pleasing the trolls in full public view.

Also may exhibit signs of not giving a crap about their or anyone else's livelihood, family, or desires, including constantly threatening to, and following through with firing all the management and as many staff as you can yet still keep the product halfway operational.

Unbalanced, insecure, and constantly claiming how the entire world is against them are also complimentary symptoms to this horrific disease.
Wow, what an advanced case of Billionaireitus! Buying Twitter because speech isn't "free enough" on a barely moderated real-time media platform. Verification monthly charge, because actually verifying official sources wasn't "free enough". Pretty sure Russian Troll Farms are just waiting to sign up. Which is great, since his ad revenue has tanked, and there's likely not a single employee at the company who trusts him.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
