The irrational fear of plastic surgery, or the results of a failed plastic surgery. From 'tomophobia' meaning fear of surgery and 'bellus' (latin) meaning pretty or cute.

B: "Ew, don't show me that, that gives me bellomophobia!"

Becomophobia

The fear of becoming what someone accuses you of—especially when the accusation is false, cruel, and repeated until you start to believe it. Common in people with strong integrity who over-audit themselves and refuse collapse.
