bee sting therapy

a method of therapy in which bee venom is used to treat a variety of diseases such as arthritis and rheumatism. Live bees are placed on the body of a patient and made to sting the specific parts, called trigger or acupuncture points, of their body. This method of treatment is said to be hard-hitting against bone and joint diseases. However, it could be fatal.
Bee sting therapy is not a scientifically proven method of treatment.
