alloquack 

alloquack | \ ˈa-(ˌ)lō-ˈkwak \ noun

A person with a professional certification in any of the myriad businesses of allopathy. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists etc. but with the distinction that there are growing numbers of alloquacks who are practising holistic and real health services from within allopathy, trying their best to right the wrongs of generations of quackery.
