autisclique
A group of neurodivergent people who, intentionally or not, replicate hostile/exclusionary behavior toward fellow neurodivergent people in a similar manner to that exhibited by neurotypical people toward neurodivergent people.
They may exclude or belittle other neurodivergent people, even ones significantly younger than themselves, for the same reasons neurotypical people belittle neurodivergent people, such as "not fitting in, being annoying, having weird interests, misunderstanding others" even if they themselves exhibit such behavior to a greater extent. They may see themselves as having created a fundamentally more welcoming or understanding space, when all they really did was tip social norms in their favor.
