persons involved in art organizations where action is obstructed by insistence on unnecessary procedures and red tape. generally these people tend to be rather "talkey" and enjoy sitting at round tables, writing on white boards, have lots of post it notes, 3x5 cards, and mount endless discussions on how to "fix" art and culture and "help" artists. almost exclusively, they are not working artists.

Articpatz 

Artic is one of the artists for the game area 02. She likes to have food poisoning and often draws art commissions. She also really enjoys things like watching the game just kill itself because of bugs. She also like to draw people in maid costumes!
