1) a cyber bully, but without the computer.
2) a classical bully
3) a person that bullies in-person, as oppose to online

Donald Trump attacks people on Twitter all the time; he's such a cyber bully . Russel Crowe attacked people in-person, because he was an old-fashioned analog bully.
