Aliagynephilia is defined as a male's propensity to be sexually aroused by the thought of others as a female.

Aliagynephile male may find themselves in relationship with other men, in which the physical / visual interactions are bridged by a female counterpart, most commonly through a female character played in a video game.

An aliagynephile person is more easily describable as a male lesbian, really :)

He seems to have fallen for his soul rather than for his body. He might just have aliagynephilia.
