Once a good and popular brand of skate shoes that started in California now sold at Payless and Walmart, everywhere else except skate stores.

1: Low class individual. Typically lower class urban or trailer trash. Stemming from being poor and unable to afford a better shoe.

2: A knockoff actor. When a person of bad looks or stature tries to paint themselves as someone famous or influential.
