accidental vegan 

When your best friend is a vegan and you spend so much time together that you share most of your meals and you realize that it's been months since you've consumed anything with meat, dairy, or eggs, and you've basically been eating a vegan diet for months without knowing.

Friend 1: "When was the last time you ate something non-vegan?"
Friend 2: "Um... OH MY GOD YOU MADE ME AN ACCIDENTAL VEGAN!"

Accidentally Vegan 

A pre-packaged food that was never intended to be vegan by it's creators, but is so artificial that they forgot to put animal products in it.

"Can vegans eat Oreos?"

"Yeah, they're accidentally vegan- thank god."

Accidentally Vegan 

A somewhat overused term to describe an item of food that is not advertised/labelled as vegan, but actually is.

May also be portrayed by non-vegans as someone who falls over and face-plants some grass. (See also "Vegan Lunch")

"I just ate some American cheese, turns out its accidentally vegan as it is neither cheese nor food"
"I just fell over in the garden and had a "vegan lunch" so now I am accidentally vegan"
