Zoukon

An individual who is rebellious and/or suspicious in any way; especially one who rebels against the law, rules and society and is willing to do whatever it takes to bend the rules for his or her own amusement.
Zoukon is a word invented in 2002 by someone who never abides by the rules in the first place.

Hence its definition, Zoukon are someone who refuses to obey the law made by society.
