There are groups in Asia named “Fei zhu liu“, they are young Chinese fei zhu liu (anti-mainstream or counter-culture fashion), a lot people don’t like them at all, espacially the adult people, they think these “fei zhu liu” are fool. They are like Asia's very own scene or punk kids.

Jack: "Hey, look at that bangin' scene asian girl!"
Kiyoko: "Uh, she's NOT scene. She's a Fei Zhu Liu"

zhulia is basically a nickname for julia. maybe if u have a close friend called julia, might as well call her zhulia instead. the "zhu" is not the same pronounciation as "ju." "zhu" is more sliding and "ju" is just staying the same. anyways, julia is one of the most loving girl ever - u will be dying to meet that girl.
