When you sacrifice your unvaccinated child(ren) to your Zach.

"Here's the child you asked for, Zach," you hand over your wailing child.
"I require sustinance," Zach says and jumps into a volcano with your child. But it's okay. Your child wasn't vaccinated. He was bound to die. He was a good Zachrifice.
