The art of looking like a saint while turning a blind eye to mob justice, unlawful killings, and suppression of dissent. A Yunusified person loves preaching about human rights but somehow always loses their voice when actual injustice happens, especially when it benefits them.

Yusified

The most common phrase when referring to bootlegging and scamming in the vinyl record community. The word originated in France where bootlegging is notorious--especially in the genres of soul & funk--and a common pseudoname of choice for bootleggers is "Yusuf". The word "yusified" is synonymous with the phrase "faking the funk".

Man 1: Oh no, this record I purchased is a bootleg! The seller told me it was an original!!

Man 2: You got yusified, man!
