Yetching 

The act of stretching out as a result of feeling tired, sleepy and/or after waking up from deep slumber. It is often associated with the release of tension in your body so that you can recharge.

"Look at Misho, she's yetching like crazy. Probably just woke up"

"Why are you yetching so much?"
"I just had the greatest sleep of my life and I'm getting ready to face a new day."
