Person 1: What's that mean?

A person who constantly talks (aka yapping). They never shut up and are possibly from the planet Yaptoria

Duke: "I think my mom is Yaptorian. Shes constantly yapping away, the nigga needs a one way ticket to yapperville."
Pete: "Nah bro I don't think its as bad as Mr.Smith, he's the a true Yaptorian
