When you go for a walk along the road, only jogging when a car drives by and walking the rest of the time. A combination of walking and jogging.

The act of stealing. The act of theft. This is a modern usage of the derivative word, Wog. A Wog is anyone who is not white and, British, Canadian, Australian, American, Israeli etc.
Wogs are considered to be completely without scruples, and have no hesitation in stealing someones goods and selling them. Wogs cannot organise their own affairs and are therefore reliant on corruption
