What is this behavior 

A phrase commonly used by Indian teachers/judgmental relatives who think they have the right to criticize any tiny action you make. Also similar to:
"aRe YoU oN yOuR SenSes!?"
"tHiS iS UnAcCepTaBl!"

Teenager: Comes home 5 minutes late
Judgmental Auntie: "wHat Is tHiS BeHavIor?!"

Student: Whispers to their classmate

Indian Teacher: "aRe YoU oN YOuR SenSes!?"

creating drama on purpose and staying mad,

example: intentionally kicking the dustbin for absolutely no reason

girl1: Pooja what is this behaviour?
Pooja: sorry, i kicked it by mistake
girl: you cannot kick it by mistake!
pooja: then pick it up if it bother's you
girl: you pick it up
pooja: you donot tell me what to do
girl: or what? are you gonna hit me?
Pooja: YOU ARE ASKING FOR IT, YOU ARE DYING FOR IT!
get off my back!
