Watermelon Lean
A variation of the drug known as purple drank, sizzurp, or lean. Involves the combination of watermelon fruit juice, a sweet candy, and a DXM or codeine-based cough syrup to achieve a hallucinogenic state. Popular with hip hop and gangsta culture.
Trayvon would mix his Arizona Watermelon Fruit Juice Cocktail and Skittles with Robitussin Maximum Strength Cough Syrup to make Watermelon Lean.
