Water Clown 

A person who trys to be amusing or entertaining in an over the top way and believes they have pulled it off, but in reality they have failed.

The comedian last night made his jokes so over the top, that instead of being amusing he was a water clown.

However Clown water does not only have to be consumed by clowns. Clown water can also be used as a synonym for any type of plain whiskey, vodka, or ale that is put into a flask, covered in some kind of paper and consumed in public.

Guy 1: Man i can't stand goin to class today.
