Sister city to da "rackety" northwest-of-Hollywood city. Pronounced, "Van Noise", but "spelled funny" to match da "weird-word" in da name of its "next-door neighbor" constant-din metropolis.

If "Van Nuys" is at one side of da "Van Cities" area, and "Van Suylenc" is at da opposite side, what would be da "merely-moderate-sound-levels" area in between said "extreme-opposite" territories? "Van Muyrmur"?
