Slang for the "stomach flu". When you are vomitting and having diarrhea at the same time.

Sunday I was suffering from vomirrhea, I was literally throwing up and peeing out my butt at the same time!

Having both vomiting and diarrhea simultaneously. Replaces the expression "I had it coming out both ends."

I had the flu last week with a fever, aches and pains and constant vomirrhea.
