Is a term associated with a company named Blackwater USA. A guns for hire privatized mercenary group of ex-militaty thugs, foreign and domestic who have been allowed to work outside the Laws of the United States, The Constitution of the United States, Geneva Convention, and International Laws. The company Shitwater has willfully, and intentionally violated human rights of numerous citizens, nations, to include the United States itself by bearing arms against the citizens of New Orleans, Louisiana USA.
Shitwater USA will kill people for hire if paid enough.
