Tweakeasy

A safe environment in which a tweaker or fellow drug user may go to safely practice using drugs in peace as well as shield themselves from "the fuzz" or other dangers such as closet dragons.

That dude is clearly on some shit! I wonder if he's headed for a tweakeasy.
