A tutor is not a "bong." A tutor is similar to a teacher, except unlike a teacher, a tutor is able to offer students one-on-one attention and actually explain difficult concepts so that they make sense.
Tutors are often students themselves, volunteering their time to fulfill one or more of these objectives:
a) Fill their resumes or
b) Actually help kids or
c) Make money

Get the tutor mug.A type of weedsmoking device that is similar to a bong but made without a gauze. The usual method is cutting a square of tin from a can, rolling it up and taping it together. This is then inserted into a plastic bottle with a little water in it. A plug of tobacco is pushed down the pipe and the weed or resin is put on top of it. A hit hole is made in the side of the bottle and the user inhales until the whole plug is burning profusely, at which point the hit hole is released and the plug is sucked through down into the water. This causes a lot of smoke to be inhaled at once.

A Tutor is a straw like device, one can even actually use a straw, that's purpose is to smoke drugs off foil. Most people make their own tutors out of old pens, they melt to twist it and add notches because that helps catch alot of build up so when it gets full, they can clean it out and smoke all the build up of drugs their tutor caught. When using A tutor, its best to make sure there are no holes, and its a good length. Once you've placed the desired drug substance on a piece of foil, you then take a lighter under the foil and burn the drug. Holding the foil at an angle, so that the substane slides as it burns, you use the tutor to follow the drug while it burns, inhaling through the tutor as you go. Don't touch the end of the tutor to the substance/foil.
