A philanthropist who seeks to promote the welfare of others in order to score political points.

That blogger was totally a trollanthropist when he tried to help a poor, destitute grandma by raising GoFundMe money that wasn't wanted since it destroyed the political arguments and highlighted the opposition's hypocrisy.

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
