Toomeyed 

When a politician runs for office on the premise that he has principles and will defend a particular position, but abandons those principles during his first term, the people who voted for him have been "Toomeyed".

The Jr. Senator from PA ran in 2010 as a staunch defender of the 2nd amendment, assumed office in 2011, and in 2013 Toomeyed the voters by joining with with the likes of Chuck Schumer and Dianne Feinstein in a "Yes" vote for cloture on S 649.

Toomeyed 

When one stretches and fondles or otherwise innappropriately touches another person in the same motion.

Person 1: "*sigh* , Toomeyed!"

Person 2: "AAHHH, I feel so violated, why would you do that?"
