A TikTokTillian is a person that lives on TikTok. A moron that repeats everything they hear on TikTok like "gaslighting" and "narcissist" etc. Also those idiots that do their stupid dance videos in crosswalks and almost get hit by cars, or on sidewalks interfering w pedestrian traffic. Basically, someone who's whole life revolves around TikTok.
