This occurs whenever you take a shit, and your insides sound like thunder rumbling in the distance. Usually associated with really bad diarrhea or a stomach bug
Whenever I was running, I got the bubble guts, but when I went to release the beast, it sounded like thunder in the bowl. Wowza!
