It's the equation produced by a thug or a group of thugs that result in how thugish one is.

1-3 drive-by's is about a 2 compaired to: 10 drive-by's and 2 rapes after getting high off of home-made cranck and then robbing a gas station armed with a 3/4" wrench for 15 dollars and a 40 is a 10.
