This originated from the movie 'Super 8' in which, when one of the characters was asked "So you wouldn't mind if I took a look in chamber 47?", he could not respond in a civilized manner, instead looking distrustful an apprehensive.
Person 1: Hey, have you seen my bottle of Coke?
Person 2: Um. No, mate. I haven't seen it at all? Why are you asking? Why do you think I had something to do with it? I didn't drink it!
Person 1: Really? Are you sure? You seem suspicious.
Person 2: Yes! Uh.. There's nothing in chamber 47...
