The Dusty Pedroia 

First a man performs oral sex on another man. After that the man who has received the oral sex follows by farting in the other mans mouth thus resulting in the Dusty Pedroia. The Dusty Pedroia only occurs with gay, man on man sex. This action is usually performed by the red sox's dustin pedroia. When a person receives one they are referred to have been "Dusted."

"Oh gross man, he gave him the dusty pedroia."
"That guy gave me the sickest dusty pedroia of my life last night."
"Yo man, last night Pedroia gave me one of his patented Dusty Pedroia's."
