When you receive pain to your balls, or groin area it's called a "Testi Scraper".

scrape test

The process involving the use of one's fingernail in a scraping motion, over a females face (usually a minger) to measure the thickness of make-up she is wearing to cover up her rat arsed face. (unit of measurement cm)

I did a scrape test on Shazza the other day and she measured in the 3 - 5 centimetre bracket.
