A person that is technologically illiterate and makes no effort to learn more beyond their small sphere of understanding. Someone that will call on someone more knowledgeable than themselves to "just fix it"
Karen is a total Techno-Bumpkin, I'd be surprised if she even knew how to uninstall an app, she keeps calling me to fix it but can't explain what's wrong.
