This word can have two meanings, depending on context.

A) Tasty in a manly or impressive way (see example A below)

B) Tasting like balls (see example B below)

A) "This steak has serious tasteticular fortitude"

B) "This bag full of old meat and peanuts is pretty tasteticular."
