Swampstitution is a term recognizing that the Swamp was designed by the
Constitution to
keep the subjects obedient to the Institution of a
Special Interests that exploits the vulnerable parts of its population in order to advance its own powers over the subjects.
Qualified immunity is an example of the Swampstitution, by excusing
government officials from the consequences of violating the
law and Constitution, meanwhile the average citizen is expected to follow the law to the dot and the citizen is mislead to believe that the Constitution affords the citizen protection from
government overreach all while Qualified Immunity is the exception to the expectation.
