The phrase was invented by a scientist in Fort Collins ,Colorado as a funny way to leave a party. This scientist also wanted to be credited as the inventor of this phrase and has attempted so by creating shirts, a website, and the first known tweet using the Suck A Ball Y'All phrase in it.
