Stivy is a nice romanian man who has jungle fever. This specimen has a natural homeostasis when in the vicinity of a dark complexion. Normally found in Eastwood but hibernates for weeks or months at a time. A lack of expression when excited, normally ends every sentence with 'and shit'.
