Spotsyltuckians are the lowest breed of the inbreds in Spotsyltucky. Common features are missing teeth, confederate apparel, and a fluffy neckbeard. They’re usually found in Partlow, their cousin’s house, or in Food Lion, licking the spilled flour off of the shelves.

“Howdy cousin! Wanna get rowdy?”
“Cletus, we can’t.”
“But why?”
“Cause we aren’t spotsyltuckians.”
