When you're just about to sneeze, but for some strange reason you don't. Then, just when you put your tissue away, a sneeze explodes from your nose, covering the nearest person in delicious green snot.

John: Huhhhh----
*Holds a tissue up to his nose and gets ready*
*Nothing*
John: What? *puts tissue away*
Steven: Hey man, what's going on?
John: CHOO!!
*Steven is drowning in snot*
Steven: Oh man, that's one hell of a splurgh.
